Yes. Through the TTLock / Sciener app or our open API you can issue temporary passcodes, manage e-keys, view unlock logs and set time-limited permissions remotely.
Bluetooth locks require a gateway for remote connectivity; some models include built-in Wi-Fi and connect directly. See each product page for specifics.
Yes. We provide an open API and integration docs that work with mainstream hotel PMS, apartment management and OTA platforms for self check-in and door-permission management.

The standard warranty is 12 months from the date of purchase (product-dependent). Hardware failures not caused by misuse can be handled by our after-sales team.
